Service Description
Walking, journaling and meditation with horses - These Sunday morning sessions run monthly - Our December session will run an additional hour - Total 2.5 hrs . On arrival join us for a chai fireside (weather pending), and listen to the music and the horses. This will be followed by a guided meditation where you will be led to the horses. In the second hour, we will run a vision boarding session and circle work to see the year out and create an incredible new year ahead. Refreshments will be served. Bring a journal and a sacred item for our circle work. Blankets and chairs are provided but do bring what makes your own private ritual special to you. Wear something comfortable to walk and move in. Each session is unique and different and seasonal. We look forward to saying goodbye to the Year of the Snake, the opportunity to shed what no longer serves you and create a magical year of freedom as we enter the Year of the Horse.
