Maximising longevity of your mushrooms:
Always refrigerate in either the box or paper bag. If keeping in the box, place a paper towel between the clear lid and the mushrooms to avoid condensation. 
 
Small box (250g) is a meal for two  hungry vegetarians/vegans or side dish for 4
Medium box (500g) will feed 4 hungry vegetarians or 4 small sides times 2.
Large box (1kg) will feed a family 
Entertainment box (2kg) makes a great gift and will feed a crowd or you can share with friends. Pre-order necessary especially during festive season like Christmas.
