We specialise in cultivating premium oyster mushrooms year-round using organic, closed-loop practices. Each week, we produce several varieties, growing between 60 – 100 kilos of the freshest mushrooms which are shipped directly to restaurants, pubs, cafes, caterers and grocers and are available to the general public at our farm gate.

​Our fresh mushrooms showcase the exceptional quality that comes from organic, closed-loop growing practices.
We grow our mushrooms in re-usable recyclable buckets and use compostable and recyclable packaging where possible whilst maintaining optimum freshness.
Our commitment to sustainability means nothing goes to waste: even our nutrient-rich growing mulch is recycled in our permaculture garden and is available for sale. ​​
