We specialise in cultivating premium oyster mushrooms year-round using organic, closed-loop practices. Each week, we produce several varieties, growing between 60 – 100 kilos of the freshest mushrooms which are shipped directly to restaurants, pubs, cafes, caterers and grocers and are available to the general public at our farm gate.

Through our hands-on workshops, we're passionate about sharing knowledge of fungi and teaching people how to cultivate their own mushrooms as part of a sustainable lifestyle. Explore our mushrooms and experiences for yourself below.

CLOSED-LOOP, SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES

Our growing philosophy

Our fresh mushrooms showcase the exceptional quality that comes from organic, closed-loop growing practices.

We grow our mushrooms in re-usable recyclable buckets and use compostable and recyclable packaging where possible whilst maintaining optimum freshness.

Our commitment to sustainability means nothing goes to waste: even our nutrient-rich growing mulch is recycled in our permaculture garden and is available for sale. â€‹â€‹
