For organisations & teams

Wattle Bank Farm is the perfect place for your next corporate event or retreat. From our emotional intelligence workshops to hands-on horse experiences, the Farm is the perfect place for you and your team to connect with nature and each other. Explore our offerings below.

At the heart of Wattle Bank Farm's transformative leadership experiences are husband and wife duo Peter Bland and Beatrice Imbert – two extraordinary individuals who've walked from boardrooms to the ends of the earth, and now bring their combined wisdom to the paddocks of their regenerative farm.

Peter, known as the first Australian to walk to both the North and South Magnetic Poles, brings the raw lessons of survival and resilience to every workshop. His story of being swept away by an avalanche and living to inspire others forms the backbone of his approach – using nature and horses as powerful teachers for authentic leadership.

Beatrice, a published author and humanitarian who spent 25 years leading large corporate teams, Founding Chair of Global Gardens of Peace, building gardens in post-war countries.

Together in 2014, they created Outback to Icecap, an ambitious leadership program that paired young Indigenous leaders with professionals from all walks of life, culminating in a transformative two-week journey through Antarctica. Now at Wattle Bank Farm, they've created a space where their diverse experiences converge – where natural horsemanship meets corporate insight, where storytelling meets strategy, and where the wisdom of the land teaches what conference rooms cannot.

Organising our Emotional Intelligence Leadership Program with Wattle Bank Farm was one of the best decisions we've made for our team. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this wasn’t going to be a standard training experience. The setting itself – open paddocks, fresh air, the quiet presence of the horses – created a completely different environment that encouraged our team to slow down, be present, and connect on a deeper level.
