All oyster mushrooms are grown at Wattle Bank Farm,in Gippsland paired with Arborio Rice and all organic spices from Terra Madre. Simply add jar to hot pan, deglaze with some white wine (if you have), add water and keep stirring until you reach a creamy consistency, finish up with some Parmesan and lemon zest. A little truffle oil would not go astray.
