We grow our gourmet Oyster Mushrooms all year round. We offer gourmet medley boxes to the finest restaurants, cafes and fine food grocers in Melbourne, Bass Coast and South Gippsland in 250g & 500g punnets, and by the kilo.
We deliver directly to your door on a weekly basis across Gippsland, Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and the rest of Victoria via our shop at the Prom Coast Food Collective. We are proud to be part of this Gippsland farmer's group bringing ethical and organic produce straight from our farm to your kitchen.
Subject to availability, you can also pre-order from our farm gate in Wattle Bank, just an 8-minute drive from Inverloch.
