Maximising longevity of your mushrooms:
This 250 gram packaging is fully compostable. Always refrigerate in either the box or paper bag. If you would like to keep in a solida glass or plastic container, cover base and top with some paper towels so excess moisture is captured maximising freshness of your funghi.
