Inspired by Beatrice's Mauritian heritage, the mushrooms are marinated in a 'salmi' paste before cooking.
Made from real vegetables and freshly grown oyster mushrooms, the ingredients are wrapped in hand made butter pastry and cooked to perfection. All sauces are made with a roux (flour and butter) with no additives and preservatives.

Delivered fresh or frozen to you, they can be kept in the fridge for 7 days and then frozen for 6 months.
To reheat, pop in the oven for about 20-25 minutes on 180 degrees or if using a pie warmer, on 70 degrees for about 30 minutes. Perfect for a healthy, ready-to-go lunch or dinner!
