The base is a butter short crust filled with freshly grown oyster mushrooms from our farm complimented by an egg quiche, slightly sauteed leek, thyme with a good dose of tasty cheese and feta. Great picnic item for Spring and Summer served with a salad. For Autumn and Winter, serve up with some roasted herby potatoes and wilted greens and oven roasted tomatoes.
