Who is this masterclass for? Riders of all levels Passionate horse lovers wishing to learn how to ride safely & confidently People interested in transitioning to a kinder, more humane way of working, training & riding horses Parents wishing to teach their children a better way Horse Owners who may not have the confidence to work nor ride their horse People wishing to own horses in the future Riders looking to participate in trail rides & camp outs Ages 14+ and adults (for younger people, we would consider if they either ride frequently or own a horse) You will be working with one of our 10 horses using our (patent pending) rope whisperer. This masterclass of only 10 participants will teach you: How to use the Rope Whisperer & transitioning from bit - bitless riding & why? How to catch & work your horse in an enclosed area and open paddock How to check & clean their hooves How to correct your horse's behaviour on ground and on horse How to become a better rider without a bit - Walk, Trot & Canter bareback How to safely load and unload a horse How to saddle up and put the horse away Details: 10-3pm including lunch, morning and afternoon tea Included in the price: - A Rope Whisperer (choose your own colour) valued at $165 - Introductory videos on how to continue the work after your leave us with The Rope Whisperer -Training & demonstrations Conversations will be had during the day: - Why is the world waking up en masse now to 'bitless' - The benefits to the horse and the rider - The ethical principles - replacing force with time - How to have your horse softer and softer (any horse) Upon booking, we will send a questionnaire to better understand your participation and goals. This masterclass is being run with our horses. If you have your own horse, we can discuss at a later stage on how to educate the horse.
