Service Description
Love horses and want to hang out without bits, whips and spurs! Join us for our second Wattle Bank Cup - a day of celebrating and connecting with horses in nature! This day is for the whole family - Dress up for Fashion on the Fields for you and your horse (or dress down), BBQ at farm, lots of old fashioned country games, hobby horse making with the steeple chase at 2pm, loads of country games - sack racing, egg and spoon, apple bobbing, dancing to country music. And of course a pony ride too for the kids. What's Included: Country games, Hobby Horse materials to make a take home hobby horse, prizes for all races and Fashion on the Fields. What to bring: A picnic rug and/ or cushions, hat and sunscreen - umbrella if really hot. We will have some seating and blankets as well on premises. Food and drink: You have the option of pre-purchase/ pre-pay 3 options after you book. This will help us plan the day to ensure we don't run out. BBQ on day - Purchase on day : sausage and Mushroom sizzle for our vegans and vegetarians. We'll ask for your patience on day as well. Pay on order. Options to Pre-purchase - Voucher A - Vegetarian quiche with oyster mushrooms, leek, thyme and feta and a sparkling coconut water - $14 Voucher B - Oyster Mushroom Pie - Hearty or Creamy and a sparkling coconut water - $14 Voucher C - Cheese platter 2 cheeses Prom Country (Organic)with crackers, sourdough, dried fruit - 2 people - $40 Ticket prices : include a glass of sparkling for adults & a cupcake for kids. $30 each for 4 hrs of fun! Children under 2 years of age are free. Food and drink will be sold at the Farm and we request you buy here: Sparkling coconut waters all flavours $3.50 Organic OJ - $4.50 Coffee and Hot chocolate - $3.50 Tea - $2.50 Parents can bring alcohol and glasses for them. We request that you take any of your rubbish away with you. As soon as we receive your booking, we will send you an email with options to purchase from. We request that food and drink is purchased at the event.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes cancellations or rescheduling need to happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Horse Experiences We require a minimum of 48hr notice for all cancellations and rescheduling to manage schedules of instructors and horses at the farm. If Wattle Bank Farm cancels or reschedules in the event of a force majeure, no charges will be incurred, and credit vouchers, valid for three years, will be issued as required valid from date of booking. If you cannot make your booking date, you can reschedule either with your next specific next date (if available) or be provided with a credit voucher to redeem at a later date (usable within 3 years of Date of Purchase). The first rescheduling will not incur any admin fees. More than 1 rescheduling appointment will incur a $20 fee per reschedule. For cancellations, as per the T&C's form issued on booking, a 25% cancellation fee is applicable if cancelling more than 48 hours before your booking. If you cancel within the 48 hrs, your booked service will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking amount. However you are able to transfer your booking to another person of your nomination or a credit voucher for your booked service can be issued towards a future booking (if applicable). Multi Day adventure camps and gift cards are non refundable. Failure to arrive for a booked and confirmed booking will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking. Cancellation due to weather - if there are severe thunderstorms or heat, we may need to reschedule for your own safety and that of the horses. We will contact you and offer an alternative date for the same service. If you cannot fit in new dates, we will issue you a credit voucher to the value of your booking valid for 3 years from date of original booking. Applicable for outdoor bookings. NDIS Bookings- Please refer to NDIS guidelines 2 clear business days (weekends and public holidays excluded). Farm stay Bookings: We require a minimum of 1 week's notice for a full refund. Note that no refund will be given for cancellations within 1 week of the booking start date. You will be provided with the option of rebooking a later date to the same value of your stay. If your new dates have higher rates, the extra fee will be required to be paid prior to arrival. You can also nominate another party to take over your existing booking.
