Service Description
The Wattle Bank Farm 2 day/ 1 night Adventure Horse camp is designed specifically for young people and their families to unplug and connect with horses and nature over 2 days and 1 night. It is an opportunity to try new things and stretch yourself in a safe and nurturing natural environment. During your stay, we will tap into a different kind of AI- Animal Intelligence. Includes: - Sleeping arrangements - Tent or Swag - All meals - BBQ in Camp kitchen - some are prepared for you and some you prepare over the fire - 1 x Pony Experience at Farm Gate - 1 x 2 Hr Natural Horsemanship Experience on Saturday afternoon - 1 x meditation with horses (optional for parents on Sunday morning) - Arts and crafts in Barn - self serve -Access to farm shop during stay - payable on check out -Access to infra red sauna and pool - must be pre booked and children to be supervised at all times - Conversations and music fire side - 1 Farm Tour -Access to 2 outdoor toilets and a shower -Access to visit and play in the food garden or flower It is an opportunity to have fun, connect with others who share the love of the outdoors and horses. It is an opportunity for parents to also unplug. We are located only 5 minutes from the ocean and you'll have ample time to go for a dip. We will be sleeping in swags beneath the star within the glow of the camp fire whilst hearing and feeling the presents of our trusty steeds yarded in a circle beneath the gum tree surrounding us. Camp Dates in 2027: Summer - 19th and 20th February Autumn - 14th and 15th May Winter - 30-31st July Spring - 8-9th October Times: Friday: Arrival 4pm to set up camp and get a Farm Tour - BBQ 6-8pm all cook together Saturday Morning : Pony Experiences and Farm Gate - 10-1pm - Drop in or stay Saturday afternoon: 2-4pm - A 2 Hr Natural Horsemanship Experience Saturday evening feast - 6-9pm with music - combination of self cook and meals prepared Sunday - 8-9am Morning meditation with horses (optional and for parents) Departure, pack down 10-11am What to bring: Appropriate clothing according to the seasons, boots for riding, hats, towels and pillow. A full list will be sent to you on booking. Who: Families with children, couples, nature & horse lovers. We work on a capacity of 8 families and/ or couples. No pets due to the horses when camping. pets are allowed in Seahorse cabin. Pricing for 2 and 4 on website. Over and above bookings of 2 or 4 is $300 per person. We also have cabins at an extra cost.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes cancellations or rescheduling need to happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Horse Experiences We require a minimum of 48hr notice for all cancellations and rescheduling to manage schedules of instructors and horses at the farm. If Wattle Bank Farm cancels or reschedules in the event of a force majeure, no charges will be incurred, and credit vouchers, valid for three years, will be issued as required valid from date of booking. If you cannot make your booking date, you can reschedule either with your next specific next date (if available) or be provided with a credit voucher to redeem at a later date (usable within 3 years of Date of Purchase). The first rescheduling will not incur any admin fees. More than 1 rescheduling appointment will incur a $20 fee per reschedule. For cancellations, as per the T&C's form issued on booking, a 25% cancellation fee is applicable if cancelling more than 48 hours before your booking. If you cancel within the 48 hrs, your booked service will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking amount. However you are able to transfer your booking to another person of your nomination or a credit voucher for your booked service can be issued towards a future booking (if applicable). Multi Day adventure camps and gift cards are non refundable. Failure to arrive for a booked and confirmed booking will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking. Cancellation due to weather - if there are severe thunderstorms or heat, we may need to reschedule for your own safety and that of the horses. We will contact you and offer an alternative date for the same service. If you cannot fit in new dates, we will issue you a credit voucher to the value of your booking valid for 3 years from date of original booking. Applicable for outdoor bookings. NDIS Bookings- Please refer to NDIS guidelines 2 clear business days (weekends and public holidays excluded). Farm stay Bookings: We require a minimum of 1 week's notice for a full refund. Note that no refund will be given for cancellations within 1 week of the booking start date. You will be provided with the option of rebooking a later date to the same value of your stay. If your new dates have higher rates, the extra fee will be required to be paid prior to arrival. You can also nominate another party to take over your existing booking.
